Cambodian cuisine restaurant Floating Rock shut its doors in February. Previously, the owners had arranged an agreement with the store's landlord to bring in Yoki Japanese Cuisine and Sushi as a partner. But the landlord rescinded on the agreement in order to offer the location to a chain restaurant, according to a city council resolution. Website Groupon, not realizing that the restaurant had closed, recently offered a daily deal for the closed venue.
