Mass. state trooper under investigation

FRAMINGHAM, Mass.—State police are investigating the actions of three troopers after one of them was allegedly seen driving the wrong way on Memorial Drive in Cambridge.
The department said in a statement that Trooper Adam Paicos has been placed on desk duty and his service weapon has been taken pending the outcome of the investigation into four incidents.
In one, two troopers allegedly saw him driving the wrong way on the road on April 3 while he was off duty. When they confronted him in his parked car in a lot near the road he identified himself as a trooper and was allowed go without any sort of citation given or investigation being launched.
The inaction of those two troopers, who were not identified, is also under review.![]()
