At their last meeting, selectmen awarded two municipal repair contracts. The town will pay $24,450 to Historic Restoration/Douglas Ford of Marblehead for the Gun House Exterior Restoration Project at 5 Elm St. In addition, selectmen awarded $17,736 to the same company to repair siding and windows at 4 Cliff St., at the town-owned Marblehead Yacht Club. - Steven Rosenberg
