Dr. Mildred Jefferson, the first black woman to graduate from Harvard Medical School and a leader of the antiabortion movement, died Friday at the age of 84. Jefferson, who died in Cambridge, recently became ill. She helped establish the National Right to Life Committee and was its president when she died.
