Melrose High's Brickley, Celli earn top honors

Melrose High volleyball's star player and coach have earned top honors from the Globe, which recently announced the Fall 2009 All-Scholastic teams. Senior Hannah Brickley was named Division 2 Player of the Year, while Scott Celli was named Division 2 Coach of the Year by the Globe's school sports staff. Boston Globe, 12/15/09

Four from Mystic Valley named football all-stars

Four members of the Mystic Valley Eagles Football team were recently informed that they had been named to the Commonwealth Athletic Conference Small School Division all-star team. Boston Globe, 12/4/09

Volleyball players named all-stars

Three members of the Mystic Valley Regional Charter School volleyball team were named to the Commonwealth Athletic Conference all star team. Mystic Valley runner wins championship race

Mystic Valley sophomore, Fallon Bushee finished first in the Commonwealth Athletic Conference Varsity Cross Country Championship race. Bushee led a group of four Mystic Valley runners who placed in the top twenty finishers. She ran the 3.1 mile race in 22 minutes and 19 seconds. Boston Globe, 10/19/09
