Reading’s 42-7 victory over Belmont Friday night came at a hefty price, or did it? Rockets running back Tino Perrina, the leading scorer in EMass, scored twice in the first quarter, only to leave the game in the second with what looked like a severe knee injury. According to coach John Fiore, Perrina will be checked out today. But on his Facebook page yesterday, Perrina said, “Anyone who’s wondering about my knee, it’s only a tweak and nothing serious. I’ll be back as soon as possible.’’ When asked if we went to the Winchester Hospital Emergency Room following the game, he said, “No . . . no need.’’![]()
