Brightly painted Adirondack chairs scattered around Needham are part of 'A Chair to Remember,' a public art project spearheaded by the Needham Merchants Association and the Needham Restaurant Association in partnership with the Needham Business Association. 'Sprinkle me Silly' is located at Treat Cupcake Bar, 1450 Highland Ave., and is the creation of Chloe Weiss and Emilie Kahn Boesel.
