Free pancakes today at local IHOP restaurants

The International House of Pancakes restaurants will offer a free short stack of pancakes today to each customer who makes a donation to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals program at Children's Hospital Boston.

The philanthropic promotion runs from 7 am to 10 pm. Local restaurants include the IHOP at 1850 Soldiers Field Road in Brighton, the IHOP at 5 Way in Plymouth and 16 Eliot Street in Cambridge.

And Miss Massachusetts Molly Whalen will be at the IHOP at the Plymouth store starting at 9 am. The hospital will hold a pancake party for its patients at 9:30 am.

IHOP has stores in Salem, Revere, Dedham, Norwood, Shrewsbury and other local communities. A store locator can be found here.
