After a 14-year run, a used car dealership in Brighton has relocated to a suburb about 30 miles west.
The former auto lot in Brighton has been vacated.
City and state land records show the 13,283-square-foot property is owned by the dealership’s owners, Saied “Sam” Zadeh and Frieda Zadeh, who bought the site under an entity named 530 Western Avenue, LLC for $740,000 in Feb. 2010. State land records do not show a sale or lease of the property has been made since then.
The website of Boston’s assessing department lists the value of the commercial property as about $225,000.
The photographed banner also says the dealership’s new home in Westborough allowed the business to expand to a “full-service facility.”
The company’s website says it features “premium pre-owned luxury import automobiles” and specializes in its stock of vehicles made by Audi, BMW, Infiniti, Land Rover, Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche and Volvo.
