Several Arlington Police Officers joined police departments from throughout New England to deliver Christmas cards to 5-year-old Virginia boy Nathan Norman this week.

More than 250 police officers from New England drove to Rustburg, Va., to visit with Nathan, who is suffering from brain and spine cancer.
Nathan had wished for cards from police and firefighters for Christmas, and police from through New England hand-delivered their cards to him.

Arlington Police gave Nathan a uniform police shirt signed by every member of the department, said Arlington Police Chief Fred Ryan.
