Bruce Springsteen gives impromptu Public Garden concert

Visitors to the Boston Public Garden yesterday got an unexpected treat: an free, impromptu performance by The Boss himself, Bruce Springsteen.

According to a video posted on YouTube, Springsteen, smiling and wearing sunglasses and jeans, is shown strumming busker David Gonzalez' guitar while sitting at the garden's bridge.

Laughing onlookers recorded a 27-second video, showing one apparently oblivious passer-by who seemed to walk past the camera without seeing the music star performing to his right.

Video of appearance was making the rounds on Twitter this morning.
