The Kingsley Montessori School in the Back Bay is hosting a discussion about healing after the Boston Marathon bombings.

Maxine Weinreb, director of The Child Witness to Violence Project at Boston Medical Center will be at the Exeter Street school Tuesday, May 21, to talk with residents during the event “Hope & Healing After the Marathon Bombing.”

The event, part of the school’s community speaker series, is free and open to the public. Attendees are asked to “bring your concerns, your questions, and your ideas about how to begin the process of hope and healing,” a flyer for the event states.

The event runs from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Attendees can RSVP to Karen Diamond 617-226-4932 or kdiamond@kingsley.org.
