Boston trick-or-treaters will find some fun and friendly scares when the Boston Common Frog Pond celebrates Halloween.
The Frog Pond is set to offer spooky carousel rides, magic shows, treats, and prizes on Wednesday from 4 to 7:30 p.m.
The event is scheduled to start with storyteller Aunty Goose from Rosalita’s Puppets performing with hand puppets, comedy, and music from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
Boston-area magician Kayla Drescher is then set to perform magic tricks and offer treats from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The park’s mascot, Frog Pond Freddie, will also welcome children throughout the evening, and those with some of the best costumes will be awarded prizes.
