Belmont's Animal Control Officer John Maguranis will present "Living with Coyotes," a multimedia talk on coexisting with coyote neighbors, tonight at the Belmont Media Center from 6:30 to 8:00. The presentation will be broadcast live on television and the internet, and a tape will be distributed statewide.

Maguranis will offer tips for keeping pets and children safe, as well as background about coyote history and photographs he's taken of the animals over the years.

A live studio audience will be able to ask questions at the end of Maguranis' presentation. Refreshments will be provided.

Admission is free, and the Media Center has room for about 100 people.

For residents tuning in at home, catch the presentation on Comcast channel 30 and Verizon channel 96. It's also available on the Media Center's website.

Anyone with questions should call 617-484-2443 or email access@belmontmedia.org.
