Lisa-Marie Cashman, a full-time Realtor on the North Shore, has joined J Barrett & Company in the Beverly office.

Lisa-Marie, a successful real estate professional since 1997, has worked in communities throughout the North Shore. A native of Rhode Island, Lisa-Marie has lived in Ipswich for more than a decade.

“After carefully reviewing the ‘business’ side of real estate in this area, the decision to join J Barrett & Company was an easy one to make,” says Lisa-Marie. “Creating relationships with clients as well as their agents and then following that up by providing full services is what this company is all about.”

“We are very excited that a real estate professional with Lisa-Marie’s skills and success record is on our team,” says Jon B. Gray, president. “As a company committed to growth, one of our goals is to constantly expand the depth of our own in-house expertise. Lisa-Marie’s knowledge of the North Shore and the real estate industry is another step forward in that ongoing endeavor.”

Established in January 2007, J Barrett is a service-oriented company that has quickly become the premier privately-owned real estate firm on the North Shore.

J Barrett & Company, which serves the North Shore and Cape Ann areas, has 67 agents in four offices: 3 Oak Street in Beverly Farms, 8 Pleasant Street in Gloucester, 4 South Main Street in Ipswich, and 1 Beach Street in Manchester.
