While he's working to cut deals before the fast-approaching baseball trade deadline, Chicago Cubs President of Baseball Operations and Brookline native Theo Epstein is also reportedly trying to sell his home in Chestnut Hill.

The Boston Business Journal is reporting that Epstein has put up for sale the home he bought on Circuit Road in Brookline while still General Manager of the Red Sox in 2007. The home sold for $2.35 million in 2007 and is now listed for $3.65 million.

Red Sox owner John Henry still lives in Brookline, as does New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.
