The Brookline Chamber of Commerce Monday bid farewell to its former executive director Harry Robinson, who has left the job to begin teaching at Wakefield High School.
More than 65 friends and Chamber members met at Barcelona Wine Bar and Restaurant in Brookline Monday for an event to bid Robinson farewell after five years as the executive director and wish him luck on his new job.
Celinda Shannon, the chamber’s director of strategic relationships and programs for the chamber, said in a press release about the farewell that it was the perfect way to thank Robinson.
“He was a wonderful executive director who was committed to paving the way to the Chamber’s success,” Shannon said. “Harry will be truly missed by all.”
