Canton police log: July 29 to Aug. 4

The following information was taken from the Canton police logs. Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Monday, July 29
Summons: At 5:41 p.m., police stopped a vehicle at the intersection of York Street and Oxbow Road. Police issued a summons to Anthony Picardi-Rivera, 23, of Roslindale on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense.

Tuesday, July 30
Arrest: At 11:51 p.m., police arrested Richard Larocque, 42, of Foxborough on two warrants from other agencies.

Thursday, Aug. 1
Summons: At 7:17 a.m., police stopped a vehicle at the Shell Station on Washington Street. Police issued a summons to George B. Kassas, 60, of Stoughton on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

Arrest: At 8:37 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on Randolph Street. Police arrested George Liolios, 42, of Norwood on eight warrants for other departments. Police also arrested Travis J. Mofford, 20, of Canton and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor, speeding in violation of a special regulation, and being a person under 21 in possession of liquor.

Friday, Aug. 2
Arrest: At 1:03 a.m., police stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Turnpike Street and Farm Street. Police arrested Walden E. Barzey, 33, of Chelsea and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Summons: At 6:03 a.m., police responded to an accident at the intersection of Randolph Street and Turnpike Street. Police issued a summons to Claude L. McDaniel, 43, of Passaic, N.J., on charges of a marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, Aug. 3
Arrest: At 1:05 a.m., police stopped a vehicle on Washington Street and Draper Street. Police arrested John Joseph Bradley, 40, of Canton and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.

Break-in: At 12:35 p.m., police received a report of a break-in on Pleasant Street.

Sunday, Aug. 4
Summons: At 4:29 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Ward Well Road. Police issued a summons to Kevin N. Eduardo, 32, of Stoughton on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.
