Massachusetts General Hospital and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital are asking Charlestown residents what health issues they are most concerned about in the community.

The hospitals, in coordination with the Charlestown Substance Abuse Coalition and other community organizations, are hosting an open forum Thursday, Dec. 1, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus for residents.

Families will be asked what health issues are problems in the community and will help determine ways to prevent, correct, or understand the problems and issues facing Charlestown.

The forum is part of Massachusetts General Hospital’s Center for Community Health Improvement.

A dinner will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m. and babysitting for children 2 years of age and older will be available.
