On Monday night at 7:30 p.m., the town will gather for its annual nominating caucus at the Town House.

This year, candidates for moderator, selectman, school committee and housing authority will be chosen. Each candidate has one nominator and a seconder. Also, there is a white board available for residents to write in their candidacy without a caucus nomination. There are two spots for selectman, two for school committee, one for moderator and one for housing authority.

Phil Benincasa has already announced his intention to seek a position on the School Committee. Paul Mahoney declared for Board of Selectmen and Linda Escobedo will seek the Housing Authority seat.
