The following is a press release from International Cars, Ltd.:

Danvers, Mass. – (February 16, 2012): The International Cars, Ltd. (ICL) family of New England dealerships invites its customers and community to join them this March in observing "American Red Cross Month."  ICL will honor first responders and emergency personnel by offering employee pricing throughout the month. In addition, for each vehicle sold in March, each of its five dealerships will donate $100 (up to a total donation of $10,000) to support the American Red Cross.

“ICL is honored to continue its partnership with the American Red Cross,” said Jack Donachie, President and CEO of International Cars, Ltd.  “Our local police, firefighters and EMS teams constantly put themselves on the line to help endless people in crisis with their immediate relief services.  ICL and its employee-owners take pride in the communities we serve and we ask our neighbors to help us support the Red Cross and its emergency personnel by visiting one of our New England dealerships this March.”

ICL's five employee-owned dealerships will participate in the American Red Cross promotion: Honda North of Danvers, Massachusetts; New Hampshire-based dealerships Dover Auto World with Honda and Chevrolet franchises; Dover Auto World Collision Center; Porsche of Stratham; and Audi Stratham.

Since its founding in 1881, the American Red Cross has been the nation's premier emergency response organization. Each year, the American Red Cross responds immediately to more than 70,000 disasters, including house or apartment fires (the majority of disaster responses), hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes, hazardous materials spills, transportation accidents, explosions, and other natural and man-made disasters. Red Cross disaster relief focuses on meeting people's immediate emergency disaster-caused needs
