The following is a press release from Village Automotive:
Danvers, MA – As part of this year’s Keys to Success program, high school students from Danvers will take home exciting prizes throughout the 2011 – 2012 school year while also having a chance to be the lucky winner of a certified pre-owned car. Keys to Success is an incentive program rewarding high school students who achieve excellence. The program, now in its fifth year is offered by Ray Ciccolo’s Village Automotive Group.
Keys to Success was launched by The Village Automotive in conjunction with area high schools as a way to encourage students to strive for excellence. Village Automotive Group kicked off the year-long academic incentive program to recognize and motivate students to excel in various areas including attendance, community service, improvement in grades, and other categories.
“Keys to Success is one of our most rewarding community programs. With this being the fifth year of the program, we are pleased to add more schools to the roster. Every year to see deserving teens drive away in his or her own car is an incredibly gratifying experience for everyone involved.” said Ray Ciccolo.
The program itself is simple, but effective: throughout the school year, students are able to cash in their “key cards” to redeem prizes from the Keys to Success program’s website, www.villageautomotivekeys.com. Students regularly earn fun prizes and gift certificates to recognize their efforts. At the end of the academic calendar, one deserving student will hold the lucky key that turns over a certified pre-owned vehicle to take home.
The Keys to Success program was launched in 2007 by the Village Automotive Group in conjunction with five Massachusetts high schools to encourage and motivate students to excel in the classroom. Jeremiah Burke School, Waltham High School, Brighton High School, Danvers High School and Madison Park High School were the first schools to implement Keys to Success and last year Peabody High School joined the roster. This year the program has added two more schools, Newton North and Newton South.
In addition to support from Village Automotive Group, program sponsors include: Dunkin Donuts, Papa Gino’s, Panera Bread, Friendly Fire Paint Ball, Fresh City, Museum of Science, Great Harvest Bread Co., McDonald’s, Target, of Danvers, Watertown and Boston, Kelly’s Roast Beef, The Providence Bruins, Fox 4 Paintball, Friendly’s , Domino’s , Dick’s Sporting Goods, Buffalo Wild Wings, Lord and Ladies Salon, Boston Cannons, In Control Driving School, Pizzeria Regina of Danvers, Qdoba Grill and Embassy Cinemas in Waltham.
