Danvers-area children and families will attend the third annual Holten Richmond Middle School Spelling Bee from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. tonight at the Liberty Tree Mall.

A school-wide spelling bee was conducted at the Holten Richmond Middle School which identified the top ten spellers at each grade level. Now the finalists will compete in the final bee to identify the winner at each grade level. All 30 contestants will receive “goody bags” and the top three winners will also receive prizes.

The event, which benefits local education programs at the Holten Richmond Middle School, will feature a silent auction of artwork created by Holten Richmond students as well as donated items from Cranney Home Services, Regina Pizzeria and more. Proceeds of the silent auction will benefit Danvers Educational Enrichment Partnership.
