The Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers is seeking vendors for its annual “Touch-a-Truck” event, which will benefit One Fund Boston.

The event will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. .at the Liberty Tree Mall on Independence Way.  Held in conjunction with Danvers Family Festival, "Touch-a-Truck" will feature activities and giveaways for children and families in the area pertaining to the issue of safety.

The afternoon will allow an up close look at a variety of trucks from local public safety and city departments, including fire trucks, ambulances, police cars, tow trucks and more. There will also be an opportunity for children to learn interactive safety tips on how to have a safe summer.

“Liberty Tree Mall is thrilled to host an event during Danvers Family Festival that provides families with quality time together,” said Lauren Higginson Dalis, area director of mall marketing at Liberty Tree Mall, in a recent statement. “It’s our privilege to host such a fun event that caters to Greater Boston area families."

Attendees will be asked to donate $5, with a $20 maximum donation per family, for entrance into the event.
