Here's a quick look at events and happenings taking place in Dedham this week.

Meetings: The Capital Expenditures Committee will meet in the Francis O’Brien Room at Town Hall, 26 Bryan St., Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. The Building, Planning, and Construction Committee will meet Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the new Avery School, 335 High St. to discuss the concept plan for a new police station.

State of the square: Dedham Square Circle will hold a meeting Monday at 7 p.m. at Centre Deli, 545 High St. to go over its plan for the square and celebrate its biggest supporters.

Clean Up Day: Dedham Civic Pride will hold a town-wide spring cleanup week starting Monday. To sign up to participate contact Kiki Trahon at 781-329-4169 or email rtrahon@partners.org.

Mother Brook Arts & Community Center: The MBACC will hold an informational meeting for all Dedham residents Tuesday at 7 p.m. Discussions will include how to help, promote, and connect through the center.

Schools: All Dedham public school students return to class Monday after the week-long spring break.
