The following are excerpts from arrest and incident logs provided by the Dedham Police Department. All suspects are presumed to be not guilty until proven otherwise in a court of law. A full list is available at police headquarters, 600 High S

On June 15 at 11:19 a.m., a Dedham resident reported that she had been receiving suspicious phone calls from someone pretending to be an FBI agent. Police and an FBI representative informed the resident that the call was indeed a scam and she was advised not to speak further with the individual calling.

Then at 1:38 p.m., Dedham police put out a “Be on the Lookout” call for two suspects thought to be connected to a shoplifting report at a Roche Bros. store in West Roxbury. The two had not been arrested as of Thursday.

On June 16 at 2:22 a.m., Dedham police arrested a 24-year-old man on charges of driving under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of property damage.

Later that day at 2:22 p.m., police arrested a 68-year-old Arlington man on Providence Highway on charges of “lewd behavior” after a female caller told police a man was “acting inappropriately” in a nearby parked car.

On June 17 at 8:19 p.m., a caller on Bridge Street reported a hit-and-run accident nearby. Police responded and witnesses told police a vehicle had hit a another in the parking lot of a nearby restaurant before driving off.

On June 18 at 2:09 p.m., a caller near Grant Avenue reported a group of youths congregating on the railroad tracks. Police arrived and the group split up and left the area.

On June 19 at 12:34 a.m., an officer patrolling on East Street reported a man laying on the sidewalk. Police reported that the man was later taken via ambulance to a nearby hospital.
