What's happening in Dedham this week

Here’s a quick look at what’s happening around Dedham this week.

Alumni Hockey: The Dedham High School field hockey program is holding an alumni game tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the school, 140 Whiting Ave. The free event will include a game, a raffle, snacks, and music.

Photo Reception: The Dedham Square Artists Guild, 553 High St., will hold a reception for photographer, Dennis Stein Thursday evening. Until then, residents can stop by the guild to see his work on display. Stein specializes in alternative photography mostly using pinhole cameras and instagram to produce his work.

Community Concert: The Endicott Estate, 656 East St., will host the band, Fairhaven, for a free concert Wednesday at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to all residents. Don’t forget the lawn chairs and blankets.

Kids Yoga: Stil Studio, 740 Legacy Place, will hold a kids yoga session Wednesday at 3 p.m. The cost is $15 per child.

Kings Olympics: Kings Bowling, 600 Legacy Place, will hold a “Kings Olympics” event Thursday at 8 p.m. The cost is $10 per person which includes registration for the games and pizza. Events include bowling, roller bowling, skee ball, shuffleboard, and corn hole. Prizes will be awarded and for more information email Jenna at jgabriel@kingsbowlamerica.com.

Free Movie: The Dedham Community House, 671 High St., will hold a free movie night Friday at 7:30 p.m. Friday’s movie will be “Toy Story 3” and snacks will be provided. In the event of rain, the screening will move into the gym.
