Dedham police log: Feb 5. to 11

The following information was taken from the Dedham police logs. Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Tuesday, Feb. 5
Arrest: At 1:26 p.m., police arrested Sheila D. McNamara, 56, of Dedham and charged her with disorderly conduct. McNamara was arrested on Otis Avenue.

Theft: At 4:54 p.m., police received a report of a theft from a vehicle on President’s Way. An Alpine amplifier was stolen.

Arrest: At 7:50 p.m., police arrested Susan Christin Clinton, 20, of Dedham on a warrant for probation violation. Clinton was arrested on Sunset Avenue.

Wednesday, Feb. 6
Fraud: At 1:38 p.m., police received a report of credit card fraud. A resident reported two charges for fees from an online travel agency.

Arrest: At 8:11 p.m., police arrested Rebecca J. Grenham, 52, of Dedham, and charged her with operating under the influence of liquor. Grenham was arrested on Colburn Street.

Arrest: At 11:25 p.m., police arrested Daniel Joseph, 27, of Dorchester and charged him with possession of a burglarious instrument and use of a motor vehicle without authority. Joseph was arrested on Atkins Street.

Saturday, Feb. 9
Animal issue: At 6:32 a.m., police located an injured dog without tags in the middle of the blizzard. A Department of Public Works employee took the dog out of the storm while police contacted the Animed Pet Hospital.

Arrest: At 2: 51 p.m., police arrested Christopher M. Keane, 36, of Dedham and charged him with domestic assault and battery. Keane was arrested on Cleveland Street.

Monday, Feb. 11
Arrest: At 2:01 a.m., police arrested David M. Fitzgerald, 61, of Dedham and charged him with marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor, second offense. Fitzgerald was arrested on High Street.

Theft: At 8:39 a.m., police received a report of theft from an Ames Street gas station. A customer left without paying for gasoline.

Theft: At 10:17 a.m., police received a report of theft from Legacy Place. An iPhone 5, valued at $500, was taken from the caller’s desk.
