The following information was taken from the Dedham police log. Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
Wednesday, April 10
Arrest: At 8:25 p.m., police responded to a report of a shoplifter in custody at a Providence Highway business. Police were informed that Rosanna Sanchez, 45, of Jamaica Plain, had stolen items worth $465.90. Police arrested Sanchez and charged her with larceny over $250.
Thursday, April 11
Theft: At 11:58 p.m., police received a report of a theft from a vehicle on Providence Highway. A handbag was taken and the front passengerís side window had been smashed.
Friday, April 12
Theft: At 7:22 a.m., police received a report that several vehicles had been entered at Dedham Service Center on Washington Street. Items were taken from at least five vehicles.
Accident: At 10:19 a.m., police responded to an accident on Route 128. One person was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston.
Theft: At 1:26 p.m., police received a report of a theft from a vehicle being repaired at a Providence Highway business.
Theft: At 2:56 p.m., police received a report from a Hertz Rental employee that a vehicle had been stolen. The renter had tried to be contacted multiple times.
Theft: At 4:18, police received a report of theft from vehicles on at Owen Lincoln Mercury on Providence Highway. At least three vehicles were robbed.
Saturday, April 13
Accident: At 4:01 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident on Clark Street between a gray 2010 Honda Accord and a white 2000 Honda Accord. Injuries were reported.
Sunday, April 14
Arrest: At 5:24 a.m., police arrested Brittany Lee Stivaletta, 23, of Dedham and charged her with domestic assault and battery. The arrest was made on Sprague Street.
Fraud: At 9:23 a.m., police received a report of ATM/debit card fraud on Providence Highway. The person discovered on Monday, April 8, his card had been used over the weekend to make fraudulent purchases.
Arrest: At 10:55 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on High Street. Police arrested Scott T. Carney, 25, of Lincoln, R.I., on a warrant for shoplifting.
Monday, April 15
Housebreak: At 2:08 p.m., police received a report of a housebreak on Hyde Park Street.
Arrest: At 8:26 p.m., police arrested Ines D. Baez, 42, of Hyde Park and charged her with larceny over $250. The arrest was made on Providence Highway after police received a report of a shoplifter in custody at that location.
Wednesday, April 17
Theft: At 10 a.m., police received a report of a theft from a Sprague Street gas station. Someone drove away without paying for $59.78 worth of gasoline.
Arrest: At 8:52 p.m., police arrested Troy Davis, 33, of Dedham and charged him with domestic assault and battery. The arrest was made on Tapley Lane.
Thursday, April 18
Accident: At 7:15 a.m., police responded to a two-car accident on Providence Highway. One person was transported to Boston Medical Center and one was transported to Faulkner Hospital in Boston.
Attempted theft: At 1:52 p.m., police received a report of a person who represented himself as an employee of National Grid demanding payment for an overdue bill to a Needham Street resident. The resident is a customer of NStar and reported the incident to police.
Road rage: At 7:28 p.m., police received a report of a person throwing a brick or rock at another vehicle on Providence Highway and driving off. The vehicles were stopped at a light near a Dunkin Donuts when a man exited the passenger side of a red van, picked up a rock or brick, and threw it through the rear window of a blue 2009 Saab.
Malicious damage: At 8:26 p.m., police received a report that three 12 to 13 year olds poured chocolate milk on a vehicle on Altoona Road.
Saturday, April 20
Arrest: At 5:06 p.m., police arrested Matthew D. Dasilva, 31, of Raynham and charged him with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, third offense. The arrest was made on Providence Highway.
Sunday, April 21
Housebreak: At 5:14 p.m., police received a report of a housebreak on Berkeley Road. Someone entered the residence sometime between 1 and 3 p.m. and took about 15 scratch tickets.
Arrest: At 7:57 p.m., police arrested Joseph M. Damelio, 35, of Dedham and charged him with larceny over $250. He was also arrested on warrants for intimidating a witness, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and possession of a Class A drug. The arrest was made on Providence Highway.
Monday, April 22
Arrest: At 8:47 p.m., police arrested Robert W. Hamm, 64, of Dedham and charged him with indecent assault and battery on a retarded person. The arrest was made on Vincent Road.
Tuesday, April 23
Housebreak: At 3:07 p.m., police received a report of a housebreak on Nay Circle. The house was entered through the back bulkhead.
Fraud: At 4:28 p.m., police received a report of debit card fraud from an East Street resident. A debit card number was used for calls from jail.
