Man stabbed after car accident in Dorchester

State Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred as a result of a two-car crash on Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester.

A male stabbing victim has been brought to Boston Medical Center, and police said a 62-year-old man has been arrested for the crime. He is being booked and his name was not immediately available. The condition of the stabbing victim was not immediately known.

Police said the men were involved in an altercation just after the car crash at 3:09 p.m., at the corners of Morrissey Boulevard and Freeport Street. Police said that a third man was also involved in the stabbing. It was not immediately clear which men were the drivers.
