Codman Square Health Center to break ground Wednesday

The Codman Square Health and Education Center in Dorchester will soon be breaking ground on its $18 million expansion project.

The project will expand the building to include 22 new exam rooms and will allow for the consolidation of the Codman Academy Charter Public School, the only school in the United States located in a health center.

The ground breaking will take place Wednesday, Oct. 26 from 2 p.m.-4 p.m at the health center's facilities at 637 Washington St.
