The Boston Licensing Board found no violation by the Neponset bar Ups N Downs in a decision released Thursday.

Representatives for the bar were before the Licensing Board Tuesday morning, to discuss the licensed premise violation they received in November.

According to the Boston Police Department, the bar was cited because of a large fight that had broken out in the parking lot next to the bar Nov. 5 at 1:50 a.m.

At the hearing before the board Tuesday, Steve Range, a manger at the bar said the bar has taken steps to address concerns and has been working with staff to ensure another similar incident doesn’t occur.

Range also mentioned that the bar has not been allowing the upstairs bar to have more than 100 patrons in it at a time; the capacity for the bar is 130.
