Last Saturday a number of Dorchester and Vietnamese professionals and community activists came together to help raise money for the family of Martin Richard, the young Dorchester boy who was killed in the bombings at the Boston Marathon.

Held June 8 at Saigon Seafood Restaurant in the Fields Corner, the event raised more than $11,000. All proceeds went to the Richard Family Fund.
