Voters in the 12th Suffolk will head to the polls Tuesday to choose their next representative in the Massachusetts House.

The 12th Suffolk includes part of Dorchester, Mattapan, Hyde Park, and a small part of Milton. The seat was left vacant after now State Senator Linda Dorcena Forry was elected to the Massachusetts Senate in May.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, with three candidates on the ballot: Dan Cullinane, a Dorchester resident and Democrat; Lincoln Larmond, a Mattapan resident and Independent; and Edmond Romulus, a Milton resident and Independent.

More information about where and how to vote can be found on the Boston Elections Department’s website.
