Not everyone falls in love with the commuter rail, but some may have fallen in love while riding its trains.

And, to mark Valentine’s Day, the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company wants to hear those stories.

Riders who met their sweetheart aboard a commuter rail train are asked to submit that story to the company for a chance to win a $150 restaurant gift card.

The most romantic and humorous stories will be posted to the company’s Facebook page. Whichever story receives the most “Likes” will win the Open Table dining gift car.

The “Commuting with Cupid” contest allows for stories of 150 words or less and photos are encouraged.

Submissions should made by Feb. 8.

They can be e-mailed to valentine@mbcr.net or mailed to MBCR Customer Service Department, 5th Floor, 186 South St. Boston, MA 02111

The top entries will be posted to the Facebook page on Feb. 11th.

The contest winners will be announced on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14.
