The MBTA announced this week that it has completed installation of LED signs at all Logan Airport terminals to let travelers know when the next Silver Line bus will arrive.

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority first announced the news through its official Twitter feed on Tuesday, with a photo showing a new sign attached to a map of the subway system. The authority later stated via Twitter that all signs also have buttons that when pressed will trigger the information to be announced for the visually impaired.

The first sign in the pilot project was installed at Terminal C in January, after a T employee saw a similar system in the Philadelphia airport and shared the idea with Richard Davey, the state's secretary of transportation and former head of the MBTA.
