A popular burger chain is looking to open its second location in Boston, this time in the Fenway neighborhood.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries, a restaurant chain with locations in 48 states and Canada, plans to open another Massachusetts eatery, on Huntington Avenue.

The restaurant is scheduled to go before the city’s licensing board Wednesday for a license at 263-289 Huntington Ave.

The spot is near Symphony Hall and on the edge Northeastern University’s campus. A UPS store is currently located at 263 Huntington Ave. and a Panera Bread is located at 289 Huntington Ave.

The burger chain’s website does not have an estimated opening date for the new Boston location. It recently opened a restaurant Summer Street downtown.

Northeastern saw another burger chain come to campus earlier this year when UBurger opened at the Curry Student Center in September.
