The Boston Parks and Recreation Department is working on plans to improve Edgerly Road Playground and is planning a series of meetings to discuss proposals with residents of the Fenway.

The Parks Department, along with the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services, is hosting a public meeting Thursday, Jan. 10, to discuss upcoming work to the playgroud, at 6 Edgerly Road.

The meeting is set for 6 p.m. at the Fensgate Cooperative Community Room at 73 Hemenway St. It is the first in series of meetings to discuss proposed changes to the park, according to the city.

The Fensgate Cooperative Community Room is accessed by ringing the bell at the side door at the top of the ramp, according to the city.
