Town Manager Julian Suso and representatives from each town department will host an informational session tonight to explain what services their respective departments provide and field any questions guests may have.

"It's a relatively new initiative," said Suso's Executive Assistant Scott Morelli, who has not seen this kind of meeting held in the four years he has been in Framingham.

Suso and members from some of the town's municipal departments will provide presentations to give a general overview of what they do, and a representative from all town departments will be available to partake in a question and answer forum.

Morelli said the new initiative is part of an effort by Suso to allow residents to have an open forum with town officials.

The meeting will be held in the Ablondi Room of the Memorial Building at 7 p.m. Thursday.
