The following was submitted by Hingham High School:

Education specialists Janice McPhillips and Jon Belber from Holly Hill Farm, an organic farm in Cohasset, helped some Hingham High School students build a new raised bed in the school courtyard.

"That was one of the best projects of the day. We used reclaimed lumber from a school project to build the frame of the bed and then filled it with compost generated from our own cafeteria. At the end of the day, students (with help from the principal!) planted garlic to be harvested next summer," said Assistant Principal Rick Swanson.
