An art class at Boston Trinity Academy.
Following its successful two-week 2011 visual and performing arts camp, Hyde Park’s Boston Trinity Academy will expand its summer programs this year to five weeks and include academic enrichment, theater arts, and a new Launch to College program.
The independent, non-denominational Christian secondary school will offer students 10 – 17 a comprehensive theater arts class and an afternoon art program featuring 28 arts classes in the visual and performing arts, including jewelry-making, painting, paper crafts, and songwriting.
A Successful Studies program will be available to help students in grades 7 – 12 develop skills in academic pursuits including taking notes, test preparation, and writing research papers. The program will also include an algebra skills class and the Launch to College program for students beginning college in the fall.
The summer programs will run July 16 - Aug. 17, and lunch will be available for students attending both the academic and the art programs. Registration is now open. For more information, visit http://www.bostontrinity.org/summer.
