Here's a video of the Urban Nutcracker dress rehearsal, taken by BostonMasTV. The show kicked off its 12th season on Dec. 8 and continues Friday at the John Hancock Hall in the Back Bay. The schedule is below.

"Urban Nutcracker is a reflection and celebration of our multi-cultural communities brought to life by passionate and talented dancers and performers of all colors, creeds, sexual orientations and experiences.''

Urban Nutcracker Comes Out: Sunday, Dec. 9 at 3:00pm

Friday Shows: Dec. 14, 21 at 7:30 pm

Saturday Shows: Dec. 8, 15, 22 at 7:30 pm
