Corcoran-Ronchetti wins Lexington Planning Board seat

Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti was elected to Lexington’s Planning Board in the only contested town-wide race Monday.

Corcoran-Ronchetti received 1,138 votes and challenger Richard McDonough received 429 votes in the race for one three-year term on the Planning Board.

Selectmen Chairwoman Deborah Mauger was re-elected with 1,439 votes and Joseph Pato was elected to an open seat on the Board of Selectmen with 1,251 votes, according to preliminary results posted by the Lexington Town Clerk’s office.

School Committee members Margaret Coppe and Alessandro Allessandrini were re-elected with 1,322 votes and 1,280 votes, respectively.

With 1,911 ballots cast, about 9 percent of the town's registered voters participated in the election Tuesday.
