Malden arrest log includes
assault and drug charges
The arrest log for last week includes drug and assault charges. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Shawn Baldwin, 21, of 20 Garfield Terrace, was arrested on Tuesday, April 20 around 12:12 a.m. at Town Line Inn for malicious destruction of property over $250, assault and battery, and unarmed assault and burglary.
Police nabbed Frank Arbing, 24, of 409 Ferry St., on Tuesday, April 20 around 1:17 p.m. for assault and battery and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
Officers booked Zambo Kembo, 49, of 20 Holmes St., on Wednesday, April 21 around 2:58 p.m. for assault and battery.
Michael McDonald, 28, of 555 Lynn St., was arrested on Wednesday, April 21 around 7:55 p.m. for assault and battery.
Police nabbed Kevin Rios, 19, of 89 Lyme St., on Thursday, April 22 around 4:51 p.m. for distribution of a class D substance, carrying a dangerous weapon, a drug violation near a school, and possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute.
Michael West, 32, of 209 Broadway, Saugus, was arrested on Thursday, April 22 around 5:13 p.m. for distribution of a class B substance, drug violation near a school/park, and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Joesph Yurko, 39, of Malden, was arrested on identical charges.
Officers arrested Hung Pham, 34, of 11 Waite Street Ext., on Friday, April 23 around 6:09 p.m. for receiving a stolen motor vehicle and receiving stolen property over $250.
Police booked Christopher Quiles, 31, of 170 Austin St., Worcester, on Saturday, April 24 around 3:50 a.m. for assault and battery.
Police nabbed Clark Walker, 55, of 13 Newton St., on Saturday, April 24 around 10:46 p.m. for assault and battery.
