Malden police arrest six for assault and battery

The arrest log for last week includes charges of aggravated assault and battery. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

James Reynolds, 47, of 49 Technology Drive, Bedford, was arrested on Monday, May 10 around 12:27 a.m. at Ronan's Food and Spirits for disorderly conduct after he reportedly waved a gun.

Officers arrested Elliot Davis, 33, of 56 Saratoga St., East Boston, on Monday, May 10 around 9:41 a.m. at Town Line Inn for assault and battery.

Police nabbed Renee Daly, 44, of 49 Upham St., on Monday, May 10 around 4:28 p.m. for assault and battery.

Hung Pham, 34, of Malden, was arrested on Wednesday, May 13, around 10:20 a.m. for two counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, possession of a burglarious instrument, and making a burglarious instrument.

Police booked Christina Bianchi, 25, of 54 East Border Road, on Wednesday, May 13 around 2:36 p.m. on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Officers arrested John Fano, 40, of 67 Plymouth Road, on Thursday, May 13 around 10:42 a.m. for driving with a suspended license and failure to signal. Jeffrey Adams, 44, of 67 Plymouth Road, was arrested at the scene for possession of a class B drug, subsequent offense.

John Welchman, 32, of 26 Upham St., was arrested on Friday, May 14 around 9:09 a.m. for two counts of assault and battery.

Police booked Edwin Flores, 21, of 123 Anderson St., Chelsea, on Sunday, May 16 around 1:52 a.m. on charges of aggravated assault and battery.

Stephanie Houten, 19, of 427 Pleasant St., Melrose, was arrested on Sunday, May 16 around 11:32 a.m. for assault with a dangerous weapon.
