The following is a press release from Mystic Valley Regional Charter School:

After a spectacular showing in the first set by the Eagles, North Shore Tech took the second set and used that momentum to take the third as well.  Down 13-22 in the fourth set, the Eagles rallied but it was too little too late as the Eagles lost the match to North Shore Tech 3 games to 1. The scores for the games were:  25-15, 16-25, 19-25 and 20-25.

Captains Jordan Sullivan and Jessica So led the team in passing and serving.  Captain Joanna Petras, middle hitter, and Shannon Roseen, outside hitter, led the team in kills.

“Coach Ly and I are incredibly proud of how much the girls have improved over the first three games” said Coach Stephanie Tracey.  “We’re looking forward to continuing that progress today versus Northeast Metro Regional Vocational School and tomorrow morning at St. Clement High School!”
