Malden police make drug busts, arrest others for assault
Police in Malden made
arrests last week for alleged drug offenses, picking up five suspects
in two separate busts, according to records. Suspects are innocent
until proven guilty in a court of law. Suspects names are released as a
matter of public record.
Officers arrested three suspects at
705 Highland Ave. Nov. 4 for alleged drug offenses. The men arrested
were: Leon Buck, 23, of 100 Main St. in Malden, on charges of alleged
possession of a class B substance; Daniel DiPesa, 27, of 62 Adams St.
in Saugus, for alleged trafficking, distribution, or manufacturing of a
class B substance; and Michael Baxter, 22, of 1122 Saratoga St. in East
Boston, for alleged trafficking, distribution or manufacture of a class
B substance, distribution of cocaine, and violating drug laws near a
school.
Two suspects were collared at 99 Charles St. for alleged
drug offenses Nov. 4, according to police records. Brandon Daigle, 26,
of 5 Kimball Court in Woburn, was arrested on charges of alleged
possession of a class A substance. Dylan Brunetto, 20, of 3 Cardington
Ave. in Billerica, was arrested for a subsequent offense of alleged
possession of a class A substance.
Officers arrested Emmanuel Guerrier-Jacques, 29, of 42 Blue Hills Parkway in Milton, Nov. 6 on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, refusal to obey police, operating a motor vehicle recklessly, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Fritz Maignan, 54, of 1244 Salem St. in Malden, was arrested Nov. 6 about 2:38 a.m. at 159 Coleman St. on charges of alleged operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
Officers arrested James Paris, 37, of 10 Copeland St., and Nicholis Matthews, 21, of 527 Ferry St. in Everett, Nov. 7 on charges of allegedly receiving a stolen motor vehicle.
Edwin White, 26, of 499 Pleasant St. in Malden, was arrested Nov. 7 at his home on charges of alleged assault and battery.
