Saint Rocco's Feast, the three-day celebration of the protector against plague and disease, this year is scheduled for Aug. 12, 13, and 14, according to the Saint Rocco's Feast Association.

Residents and visitors alike are invited to celebrate all things Italian in Malden's streets.

"People from all over attend the feast, which has become a great weekend for all to enjoy," said Steve Ultrino, president of the association.

Festivities begin Aug. 12 at 6:30 p.m., with a procession led by the statue of Saint Rocco, followed by musical entertainment by Keep it Real.

Saturday night, Beatle Juice, a tribute band to The Beatles, will play, with entertainment for kids by Rollo the Clown.

Sunday a 2 p.m., a procession is scheduled through the streets of Malden, with performances by BCapp and Ambrosiani, who will sing Italian songs.

Red Sox fans, take note: Wally the Green Monster will be featured as special guest Sunday.

Food will be provided by local Italian vendors all weekend, the group said.
