Malden house breaks on the rise: Police recommend vigilance

The Malden Police Department is asking for the public's help to report suspicious activity within residential neighborhoods, after an uptick in house breaks.

In a statement released Monday, the department said that suspects often work in tandem, sometimes utilizing a look-out person or a getaway vehicle.

If residents' safety is not in danger, the police said anyone who can provide a detailed description of a suspicious person  or vehicle should contact detectives at 781-397-7181.
