Just days after being arrested for allegedly prostituting a 15-year-old girl, a Malden man and Lynn woman were indicted by a grand jury Thursday.

David Minasian, 24, of Malden and his girlfriend, Madonna Say, 23, of Lynn were each indicted on a charge of sex trafficking of children in US District Court in Boston Thursday, according to court records. The pair was arrested April 8.

Minasian and Say allegedly posted online escort service advertisements featuring the girl, and rented a room at the Hyatt Hotel in Braintree, where men came to have sex with the 15-year-old.

The victim had run away from an area clinic for teenage girls with behavioral problems, and Minasian found her walking the streets of Chelsea in July, according to an FBI affidavit. He took her on a road trip to Florida, where he plied her with alcohol, heroin, and painkillers and first began to sell her as a prostitute, according to the affidavit.

When Minasian and the victim returned to his home in Malden, Say took sexually explicit photos of the girl and created the online ad, the affidavit said. The advertisements were posted between Aug. 3 and 17, 2012.

Photographs of the victim were found as Malden police and the FBI conducted a search of Minasian's Essex Street home in October as part of a drug distribution investigation, the affidavit said.

Minasian and Say are being held without bail pending an upcoming hearing.
